He led transformation projects in the areas of digitization, procurement, pricing, analytics and post-merger integration. He has worked with global organizations to deliver complex solutions and standardize business processes.

Balram is not only a highly experienced technology expert and programmer but also an active author. In addition to his current position in a German corporation, he is involved in numerous software developments.  Balram is a member of the exclusive global Google Developer Expert program.

Manuel Moreno


Manuel brings a broad view of the freight forwarding and
logistics industry with a comprehensive expertise on supply chain management, bid/proposal management and digital transformations. He brings a lot of experience on network design initiatives and project management.

Karl Weyeneth


Karl is a global logistics industry expert, professional board member and investor. Currently Karl acts as Vice President Strategic Business Development at Expeditors. He previously served as the Group CCO and Group COO of Panalpina World Transport (Holding) Ltd. and earlier as the Regional CEO for North America. 

He has over twenty-five years logistics experience, including freight management, contract logistics, 3PL and 4PL. 

Before joining Panalpina he was President and CEO Americas of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Inc. (USA) and prior to this Executive Vice President and CFO of Danzas Management Latin America, Inc. (USA), where he attained profound experience in all Finance matters.

Marco Gadola


Marco is global business leader, professional board member
and investor. He previously served as CEO of the Straumann Group from 2013 to 2019. Before that he spent many years at Panalpina, as Chief Financial Officer and Regional CEO Asia Pacific. Prior to his first term at Straumann, he spent five years at Hero, where he was CFO and responsible for IT and Operations. Previously, he spent nine years at Hilti in senior commercial, sales and finance positions. Earlier in his career, he worked for Sandoz International Ltd, as an Audit Manager, and Swiss Bank Corporation, in Corporate Finance.
